  • Contact page: contact cards, office hours and map, and the valuation band.

Demo content to replace

  • Phone (555) 014-3604, email [email protected] and the Oak Avenue address (header, footer, contact sections).
  • Office hours (top bar, footer, hours section).
  • The six sample listings: status, price, title, street, beds, baths, floor area and photos. Or replace the section with your listings or IDX plugin’s block.
  • Agency numbers and rating, the fee placeholders [X]% in the FAQ, the valuation offer and guides, the three neighbourhoods.
  • Agent names, roles and photos; the six gallery photos; sample reviews.
  • The equal-housing and “information deemed reliable but not guaranteed” notes under the listings and in the footer: adapt them to the rules where you work.
  • The “Book a free valuation” buttons: link them to your valuation form or booking page. The Instagram link: point it to your own profile.

Only publish real, current listings with prices the seller or landlord approved, real figures from your own records and real reviews. Do not mention awards, rankings or guarantees your agency does not have, and use the disclaimer and fair-housing wording your local rules require.
