What are your fees for selling a home?
Our selling fee is 1.5% of the final sale price (sample), or a fixed fee of $4,500 (sample), and you only pay when the sale completes. We confirm the fee in writing before you agree to anything.
How long does it take to sell a home?
It depends on the price, the condition of the home and the local market. At the valuation we give you a realistic timeline based on recent sales near you, and we keep you updated every week.
How do viewings work?
We arrange and accompany every viewing, including evenings and weekends, so you do not have to be there. You get feedback after each one.
Is the valuation really free?
Yes. A valuation is free and there is no obligation to sell or let with us. It takes about an hour at your home.
What do I need to rent a home?
Requirements depend on the landlord and on local rules. Usually that means ID, proof of income, references and a deposit. We tell you every cost before you apply.
Can you manage my rental property?
Yes. Choose tenant-find only, or full management with rent collection, repairs and inspections. Management fee: 10% of the monthly rent (sample).
