Buying and payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is handled by PayPro Global, our payment partner. You can pay by credit or debit card, PayPal and the local payment methods PayPro Global offers in your country.
Is checkout secure? Do you see my card details?
Payments are processed by PayPro Global on their secure checkout. We never see or store your card details: we only receive your order and your licence.
Which currency are the prices in? What about VAT or sales tax?
Prices are in US dollars. PayPro Global handles checkout as our payment partner and shows any VAT or sales tax that applies in your country before you pay.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. PayPro Global sends the invoice to the email address you use at checkout. Your orders are also listed on your account page.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can buy as a guest, but an account keeps your licences, downloads and orders in one place. If you bought as a guest, add the licence key from your order email to a new account at any time.
Is Pro Standard a subscription?
Yes. Pro Standard is $29 per year and renews yearly through PayPro Global. You can cancel the renewal at any time with the link in your PayPro Global emails, or ask us in a ticket. If you cancel, the theme keeps working on your site; downloads, updates and ticket support stop at the end of the year.
Is Pro Unlimited really a one-time payment?
Yes. Pro Unlimited is $49 once, with lifetime updates and ticket support for that theme, on unlimited websites.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If the theme has a problem that we cannot solve, open a ticket within 30 days of your order and we refund it in full.
Can I try a theme before I buy?
Yes, three ways: open the live demo and switch its colour styles, click “Try it in WordPress” on the theme page to open it in a free online WordPress, or download the free edition.
Licences, downloads and updates
How many websites can I use a theme on?
Free and Pro Standard: one website. Pro Unlimited: unlimited websites.
Where do I find my licence key and download?
In the email from PayPro Global after your order, and on your account page, where you can download the right zip for your plan at any time.
A licence is for which theme?
Each licence is for one theme. If you bought from a general checkout link, your account page asks which theme the licence is for.
How do updates work?
Enter your licence key in Appearance → Licence and WordPress shows theme updates like any other update. You can also download the new zip from your account and upload it with “Replace current with uploaded”.
Will an update overwrite my changes?
Changes you make in Appearance → Editor (texts, colours, templates) are saved in your database and stay after an update. Only edits made directly in the theme files are replaced, so keep those in a copy or a child theme.
What happens when my year of Pro Standard ends?
Your site keeps working and keeps the Pro features you installed. Only new downloads, updates and ticket support stop until you renew.
Can I upgrade from Free to Pro without losing my work?
Yes. Upload the Pro zip over the free one (“Replace current with uploaded”). Your pages, posts and Site Editor changes stay.
I lost my licence key or my password.
Open a support ticket with the email you used to order and we will help.
Under which licence are the themes released?
The theme code is GPL v2 or later, like WordPress. The demo photos are not included in the downloads.
Technical questions
What do I need to run the themes?
WordPress 6.6 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer, on any normal WordPress hosting. The themes are tested with the latest WordPress version.
What is a block theme?
A block theme is built entirely from blocks and uses full site editing: you change the header, footer, templates, colours and fonts in Appearance → Editor, without code or a page builder.
Do I need Elementor or another page builder?
No. The themes use only WordPress core blocks and the Site Editor. No page builder or extra plugin is required.
Can I install a theme on my existing website?
Yes. Your pages, posts and media stay. Menus and the homepage may need a minute of setup: see Use a theme on an existing website.
How do I add a contact form, booking or online shop?
Add the plugin you prefer (for example a form or booking plugin) and point the theme’s buttons to it. The themes do not include a shop or booking system themselves.
Are the themes fast?
They use only core blocks, ship their fonts locally and load one small stylesheet and a tiny menu script, so pages stay light.
Are they mobile friendly and accessible?
Yes. Every layout is responsive with a mobile menu, and every colour style is checked for readable (WCAG AA) contrast.
Can I translate a theme or build a multilingual site?
Yes. The themes are translation-ready and include a .pot file. Your own content is translated with the multilingual plugin you choose.
Can I use a child theme?
Yes, although most changes no longer need one: Site Editor changes are saved in the database and survive updates.
Do the themes work on WordPress Multisite?
Yes. Our own demo network runs every theme on one WordPress Multisite.
The editor says “This block contains unexpected or invalid content”.
That happens when the block markup was edited outside the editor. Choose “Attempt recovery” in the block menu, or reinsert the section from the patterns. With the AI kit, run python3 tools/check-theme.py to find the file. More fixes are in Troubleshooting.
AI and the AI kit
What does “AI-ready” mean for a WordPress theme?
The theme is built so an AI assistant can change it without breaking it: every colour, size and space is a named design token, the sections use only WordPress core blocks, and Pro Unlimited adds written instructions (AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md and an Agent Skill), ready prompts and a checker that tests the result.
Which AI assistants work with the themes?
Tools that can open your files read the instructions automatically: Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex and Windsurf. With chat tools such as ChatGPT, Claude.ai or Gemini, paste AGENTS.md first, then the file you want changed, and paste the answer back.
Do I have to use AI?
No. Every theme is a normal WordPress block theme. You can change everything by hand in Appearance → Editor. The AI kit only makes the work faster if you already use an assistant.
Which plan includes the AI kit?
Pro Unlimited ($49, one-time). It contains AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, .cursorrules, a Claude Agent Skill, ai/prompts.md and tools/check-theme.py. The Free and Pro Standard editions use the same design tokens, so any assistant still has a clean structure to work with.
Can the AI break my website?
The instructions tell the assistant which tokens, blocks and classes to use, and the checker catches invalid block markup, colour contrast problems and leftover demo text before you upload anything. Work on a copy of the theme folder or a staging site, review the changes, and keep a backup, as you would with any edit.
Does the theme send my content to an AI service?
No. The theme contains no AI code and makes no calls to AI services. The AI kit is a set of text files and a Python script that you use with the assistant of your choice, on your own computer.
Will the AI make up reviews, prices or qualifications?
The instructions tell the assistant to treat every number, review, award and qualification in the demo as a placeholder, to ask you for real details and never to invent them. The launch check (python3 tools/check-theme.py –launch) fails while any demo content is left.
What is the AI assistant on this website?
The “Any Questions?” button opens an assistant that answers from our documentation and product pages, any time of day. It cannot see orders, licences or payments: for those it sends you to a support ticket, where a person helps you.
Support
How do I get help?
Start with the documentation or the “Any Questions?” assistant on every page. Pro customers can open a support ticket for anything else.
What does ticket support cover?
Installing and setting up the theme, using its features, and problems caused by the theme. Custom design or development work for your site is not included.
What should I include in a ticket?
The theme name and version, your WordPress version, what you did, what you see, and a link or screenshot. Never send passwords or full licence keys in a ticket.
Can you build a theme for my type of business?
Tell us which one you are waiting for: new niche themes are added regularly. Request a theme on ltheme.com.
Still have a question?
Our AI assistant answers from the docs at any time. For payments, licences or your own site, a person answers your ticket.
