Your account
Your account page lists your licences, downloads and orders. You can buy as a guest: add the licence key from your order email to an account at any time with Add a licence key.
Your licence key
- PayPro Global emails the key after your order, and it is shown on your account page.
- Each licence is for one theme. If you bought from a general checkout link, choose the theme on the account page first.
- Free and Pro Standard: one website. Pro Unlimited: unlimited websites.
- Never paste your full key into a chat, a forum or a ticket subject.
Turn on one-click updates
- In WordPress, open Appearance → Licence.
- Paste your licence key and save. The page shows Licence active: updates are on.
- New versions now appear in Dashboard → Updates like any other theme update.
Prefer to update by hand? Download the newest zip from your account and upload it in Appearance → Themes → Add New Theme → Upload Theme, then choose Replace current with uploaded. Changes you made in the Site Editor stay.
Pro Standard renewal
Pro Standard ($29) includes one year of downloads, updates and ticket support and renews yearly through PayPro Global. To stop the renewal, use the link in your PayPro Global emails or open a ticket. When the year ends the theme keeps working; only downloads, updates and support pause until you renew from your account.
Payments and invoices
- Checkout is handled by PayPro Global: cards, PayPal and local payment methods.
- Prices are in US dollars; any VAT or sales tax that applies is shown at checkout.
- PayPro Global sends the invoice to your order email. Your orders are listed on your account page.
Refunds
If the theme has a problem we cannot solve, open a support ticket within 30 days of your order and we refund it in full.
Lost key or password
Open a support ticket with the email address you used to order.
