Demo content to replace
- Phone
(555) 016-4840, email[email protected]and the Linden Grove, Springfield address (header, footer, hero, contact sections). - Session hours (top bar, footer, office and online section) and the “Saturday online only” line.
- Services, the approaches your team really uses, session lengths and the 24-hour cancellation rule in the FAQ.
- Example fees, the out-of-network and superbill wording, HSA/FSA and reduced-fee places.
- Therapist names, focus, bios and photos (add real licence types and numbers); the sample client words.
- The crisis numbers (988 and 911 are for the US) in the crisis line note, the FAQ and the footer.
- The “Book a free call” buttons: link them to your booking page.
Describe what happens in therapy, never outcomes: no “cure”, “fix” or guaranteed results. Many professional codes limit client testimonials, so publish only real, anonymous words you are allowed to use, or remove that section. Add only licences and training your team really has, and always keep a clear note that you are not a crisis service, with the right numbers for your country.
Photo guide
Replace the illustrations and placeholder portraits with your own photos: select the image in the editor, then Replace. These sizes look sharp on large screens without slowing the site down.
| Image | Shape | Upload size | Tips |
|---|---|---|---|
| About photo | Landscape 5:4 | 1600 × 1280 px | Your therapy room: chairs, plants, soft daylight. No clients in the picture. |
| Therapist photos | Portrait 4:5 | 800 × 1000 px | Head and shoulders, relaxed and friendly, same background and light for everyone. |
| Map picture | Landscape 3:2 | 1600 × 1040 px | A screenshot of your map, or keep the illustration; the button links to Google Maps. |
| Blog featured images | Landscape 3:2 | 1600 × 1067 px | Calm rooms, nature or objects; avoid photos of people in distress. |
| Logo (header and footer) | Wide or square | At least 200 px tall, PNG with a transparent background or SVG | Shown about 44 px tall. Set it in Appearance → Editor: select the logo block. |
| Site icon | Square | 512 × 512 px | The small icon in browser tabs. Settings → General → Site Icon. |
- Save photos as JPEG or WebP and keep each file under about 300 KB (a free tool such as squoosh.app does this).
- WordPress crops to the shape for you: select the image → Crop in the toolbar to choose which part shows.
- Fill in the Alternative text of each photo (for example “Our reception desk”) for accessibility and Google.
- Only use photos you own or have permission for. Ask clients before you publish photos of them.
Colour styles
Sage (default), Lavender, Pebble (warm stone) and Twilight (soft slate blue). Try them in the live demo with the colour dots in the top bar.
Booking and forms
LT Mindwell has no built-in form. Link the “Book a free call” buttons to your practice software’s booking page, or add a form plugin’s block (WPForms, Fluent Forms, Contact Form 7…) to the Contact page. Use a secure, compliant tool if a form asks for any health details.
