Full planning, partial planning or on-the-day coordination, with styling and decor, clear example prices and a free first consultation.
What we do
Every part of the plan, in one place
Choose full planning, help with the parts you have not started, or a calm pair of hands on the day itself. Every wedding starts with a conversation about the two of you.
Full planning
We plan everything with you, from the budget and the venue search to the last supplier call.
Partial planning
You have made a start; we fill the gaps, book the missing suppliers and pull it all together.
On-the-day coordination
We take over in the final weeks and run the day itself, so nobody else has to hold the timeline.
Venue search
A shortlist that fits your guest count, style and budget, and we come along to the viewings.
Styling & florals
A clear look for the day: colours, flowers, table design, lighting and the little details.
Supplier booking
Photographers, caterers, musicians and more, matched to your plans, with every contract checked.
Budget & timeline
A simple budget plan and a planning calendar, so you always know what is next and what it costs.
Destination weddings
Planning from afar: local suppliers, guest travel notes and a site visit when it helps.

FAQ
Questions couples often ask
Still wondering about something? Call or email the studio and we will be happy to help.
How far ahead should we book a planner?
For full planning, 12 to 18 months before the wedding gives the widest choice of venues and suppliers. Partial planning works well from about 9 months, and on-the-day coordination from about 3 months. If your date is sooner, ask anyway: we will tell you honestly what is possible.
We have a small budget. Can you still help?
Yes. We start with the budget, not the wish list, and suggest where to spend and where to save. Partial planning or on-the-day coordination can be a good fit for smaller budgets.
How do your fees work?
You pay a planning fee for our time, agreed in a written proposal. A deposit holds your date and the rest is paid in stages. Supplier costs are separate and always shared with you.
Do you plan destination weddings?
We do. We work with local suppliers at your destination, prepare travel notes for your guests and can join you for a site visit. Travel costs are quoted separately.
Can we choose our own suppliers?
Of course. We are happy to work with suppliers you love, and to suggest others for anything you still need.
What happens at the free consultation?
We meet in the studio or online for about an hour. You tell us your plans, we answer your questions, and afterwards we send a proposal with no obligation to book.
