How we can help
Common reasons people come to see us
Not sure if your problem fits? Ask us. If chiropractic care is not the right choice for you, we will tell you and suggest who to see instead.
Back pain
Lower and upper back pain, stiffness after long days at a desk or lifting, and pain that travels into the leg.
Neck & shoulder pain
Stiff, sore necks from screens, stress or sleeping awkwardly, and tension that sits across the shoulders.
Tension headaches
Headaches that seem to start in the neck. We check whether posture and muscle tension may play a part.
Sports & active life
Aches and strains from running, the gym, golf or weekend sport, with a plan that keeps you moving.
Chiropractic care is not a cure and results differ from person to person. It does not replace your doctor: for sudden, severe or unexplained pain, numbness, weakness or pain after an accident, see a doctor first.
Treatments
Hands-on care, planned around you
Every treatment starts with an assessment, a clear explanation and a plan and price you agree to first. You can say no to any technique.
Chiropractic adjustments
Precise, hands-on adjustments to the spine and joints, always explained and agreed with you first.
Gentle low-force techniques
Prefer no “pop”? We can use slow mobilisation, an activator tool or a drop table instead.
Soft tissue therapy
Massage-style techniques and stretches for tight, tender muscles around the area that bothers you.
Rehab & home exercises
Short, simple exercises you can do at home to build strength and keep moving between visits.
Posture & workstation advice
Practical tips for your desk, car and sleeping position, based on how you really spend your day.
Sports chiropractic
Care for active people, from runners to weekend golfers, planned around your training and events.

FAQ
Before your first visit
Something else on your mind? Call us and ask, there is no such thing as a silly question.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Comfortable clothes you can move in, such as leggings or track pants and a T-shirt. Skip belts and stiff jeans if you can. We may ask you to take off your shoes and will always explain why.
Do you take insurance?
Many health plans cover some chiropractic visits, but every plan is different. Call us with your plan details before your first visit and we will help you check what is covered. Our self-pay prices are listed on this site.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on your problem, how long you have had it and your goals. After your assessment we suggest a plan and review your progress at each visit. You never have to sign up for a long prepaid package.
Does an adjustment hurt?
Adjustments should not be painful. You may hear a soft click, and some people feel a little sore for a day or two. Tell us at any time and we will stop or use a gentler technique.
Do I need a referral from my doctor?
Usually not, but some insurance plans ask for one, so check with yours. If we think you need to see your doctor or have a scan first, we will tell you.
