The vineyard and the winery on the hill

Our story

Grown on the hill, made in the cellar

We are a small family winery. We tend our own vines, pick by hand and make every wine here in small batches, so each bottle tastes of this hill and the year it was grown.

  • Estate vines, looked after by our own team
  • Hand-picked fruit and small-batch winemaking
  • Wines poured by the people who make them
  • Honest advice, whatever your budget

From vine to glass

A whole year in every bottle

1

Grow

We tend the vines all year: pruning in winter, leaf and canopy work in summer.

2

Harvest

When the grapes taste ready, we pick by hand in the cool of the morning.

3

Cellar

The wine ferments, then rests in tanks and oak barrels until it is in balance.

4

Pour

We bottle in small runs and open every new release first in the tasting room.
