FAQ

Good to know before you come

Still unsure? Call us or send an email and a member of the team will get back to you.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

Many people book with us directly. Some insurance plans ask for a referral before they pay, so check your policy first, or call us and we will help you find out.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Comfortable clothes you can move in, such as shorts or leggings and a T-shirt, so we can see and test the area. If your problem is with running or walking, bring your usual trainers.

Is treatment covered by my insurance?

It depends on your plan. Ask your insurer what physiotherapy or chiropractic care is included.

How long is a session?

Your first assessment takes about 45 minutes. Follow-up sessions take about 30 minutes, and sports massage or Pilates rehab up to 60 minutes.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on the problem, how long you have had it and your goals. After your assessment we suggest a plan and review it with you as you go. Results vary from person to person.
