Grooming
Everything your pet needs to look and feel great
From a quick nail trim to a full breed-style groom, every visit starts with a chat about your pet, their coat and the look you want.
Full groom
Bath, blow-dry, brush-out, haircut in the style you choose, nail trim, ear clean and a tidy of the paw pads.
Bath & tidy
A warm bath, blow-dry and thorough brush, plus a tidy around the face, feet and rear. Ideal between full grooms.
Nail trim
A quick, careful trim and file for dogs and cats. Walk-ins welcome when the table is free.
Puppy intro
A short, gentle first visit with a bath, face and feet tidy and lots of treats, so grooming feels normal from day one.
Cat grooming
Brush-outs, de-matting and lion cuts for cats, in a quiet slot with no dogs on the table nearby.
De-shedding
A deep undercoat brush-out and de-shedding bath for double-coated breeds, so less fur ends up on your sofa.

FAQ
Questions pet owners ask us
Something else on your mind? Call or message us, we are happy to help.
Does my pet need to be vaccinated?
Yes. We ask for up-to-date core vaccinations (and kennel cough for dogs) for every pet. Bring the record or a photo of it to the first visit. Puppies can come for an intro once their first course of vaccinations is complete; ask your vet when that is.
My dog is anxious. Can you still groom him?
Usually, yes. Tell us when you book and we will give you a quiet slot, go slowly, take breaks and, if needed, split the groom into two short visits. If your pet is very stressed we stop and call you.
How long does a groom take?
A nail trim takes about 15 minutes, a bath & tidy 1 to 2 hours and a full groom 2 to 3 hours, depending on size and coat. We text you when your pet is ready to collect.
How often should my dog be groomed?
Most long or curly coats look best with a full groom every 4 to 8 weeks, and short coats with a bath and nail trim every 8 to 12 weeks. We will suggest a routine for your dog.
What if my pet’s coat is matted?
We gently work out small knots. Heavy matting can be painful to brush out, so we may recommend a short clip instead and let the coat grow back. We always talk to you first.
