FAQ
Questions travellers ask us
Cannot find your answer? Call or email us, we are happy to help before you book anything.
How far ahead should we start planning?
For honeymoons, school holidays and cruises, six to twelve months ahead gives you the widest choice. Shorter trips can often be planned in a few weeks. Get in touch either way and we will tell you what is still possible.
Is my booking protected?
Bookings are covered by our booking protection scheme, membership no. 000000 (sample). Your quote and booking confirmation show which protection applies to each part of the trip. We also recommend travel insurance from the day you book.
How do payments work?
You pay a deposit to confirm the trip and the balance before you travel; the exact amounts and dates are in your written quote. We accept cards and bank transfer. Some airlines and cruise lines ask for full payment at booking, and we tell you before you commit.
Do you help with visas and passports?
We check the entry rules for your route when we plan and point you to the official sources. Visa decisions are always made by the destination country, so please apply early and check that your passport is valid for long enough.
Can we change the trip after booking?
Often, yes. We contact the airline, hotel or cruise line for you and explain any costs before anything changes. Supplier change fees depend on their own terms.
What if something goes wrong while we are away?
Call or message our support line and we help you rebook, find a new room or contact your insurer. For a medical or safety emergency, call the local emergency number first.
Where would you like to go next?
Send us a few lines about your trip idea, or call for a chat. Your first planning call is free and there is no obligation to book (sample).
