Do I need an appointment?
Booking is best, but we keep slots free for walk-ins and urgent repairs. Call ahead and we will tell you the wait.
How long does an oil change or service take?
An oil change takes about 45 minutes and a full service 2 to 3 hours. You can wait in the lounge or leave the car with us.
Will you call before doing extra work?
Always. If we find something else, we send photos and a price, and only go ahead with your approval.
Is the work guaranteed?
Parts and labour are covered for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Will servicing here affect my manufacturer warranty?
No. We follow the manufacturer service schedule and use parts that meet the specification, so your warranty stays valid.
Do you work on hybrids and electric cars?
Yes. Our technicians are trained for hybrid and EV servicing, brakes, tires and diagnostics.
