FAQ

Good to know before you arrive

Still have a question? Call the front desk and we will be happy to help.

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. We are happy to look after your luggage if you arrive early or want to explore after you check out.

I am arriving late. Is that a problem?

Not at all. The front desk is open until 9:00 pm. If you will be later, let us know and we will leave your key in a lockbox with directions to your room.

Is there parking?

Yes. Staying guests can park free of charge in the small car park behind the house. Spaces are not reserved, so please tell us if you need a wider space.

Can I bring my dog?

Well-behaved dogs are welcome in our two garden rooms for a small charge per stay. Please mention your dog when you book, as these rooms go quickly.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. After that, or if you do not arrive, we charge the first night. Special offers may have their own terms.

Can you cater for allergies and special diets?

Tell us when you book and we will plan breakfast with you. Our kitchen handles common allergens, so we cannot promise any dish is completely free from traces.

Are children welcome?

Yes. The Family loft sleeps four, and we can add a cot or an extra bed to some rooms. Just ask when you book.
