Good questions before your first clean

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. We bring our own products, cloths, mops and vacuum. If you would like us to use your own products, or something specific such as fragrance-free, just leave them out and tell us.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Many customers give us a spare key or a lockbox code. Keys are labelled with a code instead of your address and kept locked away between visits.
I have pets. Is that a problem?
We love pets. Let us know what animals you have when you book, and whether they should stay in a certain room or must not be let outside.
What if I need to cancel or move a clean?
Message or call us at least 48 hours before the visit and there is no charge. Later changes may be charged in full, because we keep that time free for you.
Are your cleaners insured?
Our team is covered by public liability insurance, and we are happy to send a copy of the certificate on request (sample).
How long does a clean take?
A regular clean of a two-bedroom home usually takes two to three hours. Deep cleans and move-outs take longer, and your quote shows the time we plan for.
