Every job starts with a free inspection, clear photos of what we found and a written quote you can take your time over.

Roof repairs

Missing or cracked shingles, slipped tiles, worn flashing and small leaks, fixed before they spread.

Roof replacement

Full tear-off and new roof, with the old materials removed and the site cleaned up every day.

Flat roofs

Membrane roofs for extensions, porches and outbuildings: repairs, recovering and new installs.

Gutters & downspouts

Cleaning, repairs, guards and new seamless gutters that carry water away from your walls.

Storm damage

Emergency tarping after high winds or hail, then a full assessment and photos for your insurer.

Leak detection

We trace the water back to where it gets in, which is often not right above the stain.

Chimneys & skylights

Flashing, lead work, chimney caps and skylight seals around everything that goes through the roof.

Roof inspections

Free inspections for homeowners, plus checks before you buy or sell a house.

Materials we use

The right roof for your house and budget

We explain the pros and cons of each option and bring samples to the inspection, so you can choose in your own time.

Asphalt shingles

The most common choice for pitched roofs: good value, many colors and quick to repair.

Metal roofing

Standing-seam and metal panels: light, long-lasting and good at shedding rain and snow.

Clay & concrete tiles

Heavy, durable tiles with a classic look. We check that the roof frame can carry them.

Flat roof membranes

EPDM rubber, TPO and modified bitumen for low-slope roofs, extensions and porches.

FAQ

Questions homeowners ask us

Still not sure? Call us or book a free inspection and ask us on site.

How much does a new roof cost?

It depends on the size and pitch of the roof, the material you choose, how many layers need to come off, and any repairs to the deck underneath. After the free inspection you get a written, itemised quote.

Repair or replace: how do I know?

If the damage is limited to one area and the rest of the roof is in good shape, a repair is usually enough. We show you photos of the whole roof so you can decide with us.

Can you help with my insurance claim?

Yes. We document storm damage with dated photos and a written estimate, and can meet your adjuster on site. Your insurer decides what your policy covers.

How long does a roof replacement take?

Most homes take one to three days, depending on the size of the roof and the weather. We give you the planned dates in your quote and keep you posted if rain moves them.

What is the best time of year to replace a roof?

Late spring to early fall is ideal because materials seal best in mild, dry weather. Urgent repairs and storm damage are dealt with all year round.

Do I need to be home while you work?

No, as long as we can reach the outside of the house and an outdoor power socket. We knock before we start and walk round the finished job with you.

We check your roof, send you the photos and give you a written quote. No cost and no obligation.
