Dry cleaning
Suits, coats, dresses and delicate fabrics cleaned with care, finished by hand and returned on a hanger.
Wash & fold
Everyday laundry washed, dried and neatly folded, priced by weight. Tell us your detergent and temperature preferences.
Shirts
Laundered and pressed shirts, on a hanger or folded, with light or medium starch as you prefer.
Alterations & repairs
Hems, waists, sleeves, zips and buttons. Book a fitting at the counter and we pin it with you.
Wedding dresses
Careful cleaning after the big day, with acid-free tissue and a storage box on request.
Household items
Duvets, curtains, blankets and table linen that will not fit, or should not go, in a home machine.
Pickup & delivery
Clean clothes without leaving home
We collect from homes and offices across Springfield, Monday to Saturday. Free over $40, otherwise a $5 delivery fee (sample).

Book a time window
Choose a two-hour pickup window online or by phone. Leave a note about doorbells, concierges or a safe spot.

We collect your bag
Our driver picks up your items and gives you a receipt. Point out stains, loose buttons or anything delicate.

Tagged and cleaned
Each item gets its own tag, is checked over and cleaned the way its care label asks.

Back at your door
Pressed, folded or bagged on hangers, and delivered in the window you picked. Pay by card when it arrives.

How long does dry cleaning take?
Most items are ready in 48 hours. Shirts dropped off before 9:00 can be ready the same evening, and most other items can go express for a small extra fee.
Can you remove any stain?
We treat every stain we find and note it on your receipt, but some cannot be removed safely, especially old or heat-set ones. Tell us what caused it, and try not to rub, wash or iron it before you bring it in.
What if an item goes missing or is damaged?
Every item is tagged and listed on your receipt, so we can trace it through the shop. If something is missing or not right, tell us within seven days and we will look into it with you under our claims policy (sample).
Where do you pick up and deliver?
Springfield and the neighbourhoods around it. Enter your address when you book, or call us and we will check for you.
Do I need to empty the pockets?
Please do. We check pockets too and return anything we find, but a forgotten pen or tissue can spoil a whole load.
Need it for tonight? Drop off before 9:00 for same-day express cleaning.
