FAQ
Questions we hear every day
The answers here are general information, not medical advice. Ask your pharmacist or doctor about your own situation. In an emergency, call 911.
How do I transfer my prescriptions to you?
Give us your name, date of birth, your current pharmacy and the medicines you take. We contact them and move the prescriptions over for you. Some medicines have special transfer rules, and we will tell you if one cannot be moved.
Do you accept my insurance?
We work with many prescription plans. Call us or bring your card, and we will check your plan and tell you your cost before we fill the prescription.
Do you deliver?
Yes, within our local delivery area. Order your refill as usual and choose delivery. Someone may need to sign for some medicines.
How long does a refill take?
Most refills are ready the same or the next working day. If we need to contact your prescriber, it can take longer, so order a few days before you run out.
Do I need an appointment for a vaccination?
Walk-ins are welcome when the consultation room is free, but booking a slot means no waiting. Ask us which vaccines we offer and whether your plan covers them.
Can I talk to a pharmacist privately?
Of course. Just ask at the counter and we will use our private consultation room.
Running low on a regular medicine?
Request a refill online or by phone. We let you know when it is ready to collect, or bring it to your door.
