Is the treatment safe for my pets and children?
We plan every treatment around the people and pets in your home and follow the product label. We tell you which areas to avoid and for how long. Ask us about the products we use and the safety steps for your home.
Do I need to leave the house?
For most treatments you can stay home and keep away from the treated rooms for a while. Some treatments need you to be out for a few hours; we tell you when you book.
How soon can you come?
We offer same-day visits on most weekday calls before noon. Otherwise we book the first slot that suits you.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on the pest. Wasp nests usually need one visit; mice, cockroaches and bed bugs often need a follow-up. Your written plan says how many.
What if the pests come back?
Call us. If pests come back between visits, we return at no extra cost within 30 days (sample terms).
