Metal tools are washed and disinfected after every appointment, then stored in a closed container.

FAQ
Before your nail appointment

How long does a gel manicure last?
Most clients get two to three weeks, depending on nail growth and how much you use your hands. Gloves for cleaning and a daily drop of cuticle oil help it last.
Can you remove gel or acrylic from another studio?
Yes. Book a removal on its own or together with a new set. We soak off gel and file acrylic down gently; please do not peel or pick it off at home.
I have allergies or sensitive skin. What should I do?
Tell us when you book. Some people react to ingredients in gels or acrylics, so we can talk through options, and you should check with your doctor if you have had a reaction before.
How often do extensions need an infill?
Usually every two to three weeks, as your natural nail grows out. Leaving them longer makes lifting and breaks more likely.
What if I need to cancel or change my time?
We ask for 24 hours’ notice, so another client can take the slot. Late cancellations may be charged.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes. Gift cards come in any amount or for a set treatment; buy one in the studio or by phone.
