Do I need to book?
Booking is best, especially for colour and evenings. We keep a few slots for walk-in cuts; call ahead and we will tell you the wait.
How long does a colour appointment take?
A root colour takes about 1.5 hours and balayage 3 to 4 hours, including the consultation and blow-dry.
Why do I need a patch test?
Hair colour can cause allergic reactions, so we do a quick patch test at least 48 hours before your first colour with us.
What if I need to cancel?
Please give us 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the slot to someone else. Late cancellations may be charged.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards are available for any amount or treatment, in the salon or by phone.
Can you do hair for my wedding?
We love weddings. Book a trial first, then we can style you and your party at the salon or on location.
