Documents locked inside? Tell us on the phone. We open the door, then check them with you before anyone goes in.
What to have ready

- Proof of address: a utility bill, bank letter or tenancy agreement
- Vehicle registration or title for a vehicle lockout
- The landlord or manager’s OK for some rented or business premises
If ownership cannot be confirmed, we will not open the door. We will explain why and help you find another way.
