How much does interior design cost?
It depends on the size of the project and how much help you need. The initial consultation is $250 (sample), e-design starts at $650 per room (sample), and full-service projects are quoted in a written proposal. Furniture and materials are billed separately.
How long does a project take?
A styling refresh can be done in a few weeks. A full room usually takes a few months from the first meeting to install day, because made-to-order furniture and materials have lead times. Your proposal includes a timeline.
Where do you source furniture and materials?
From a mix of trade suppliers, local makers, high-street shops and vintage dealers, chosen to fit your budget. Every item is listed with its price, so you approve it before anything is ordered.
Can you work with furniture we already own?
Yes. We start with what you have and love, and suggest what to keep, re-cover, move or replace.
Do you work with builders and contractors?
Yes. For kitchens, bathrooms and renovations we prepare drawings and finish schedules for your contractor and can join site visits.
Do you only work locally?
Full-service projects are in and around Springfield. E-design works anywhere: we meet by video call and send your plan online.
