FAQ
Good questions, quick answers
Still not sure? Call the shop and ask whoever is on the front desk.
How long is the wait for a walk-in?
It changes through the day. Weekday mornings are usually quickest and Saturday afternoons the busiest. Call the shop and we will tell you the current wait.
How long does a cut take?
About 30 minutes for most cuts, 45 minutes for a cut and beard trim, and around 40 minutes for a hot towel shave.
Do you cut kids’ hair?
Yes, every day. We have a booster seat and take things slowly for first cuts. A parent or carer stays in the shop with children under 12.
How do I pay?
Card, contactless and cash are all fine. Gift cards are available at the front desk.
What if I need to cancel a booking?
Move or cancel it online or by phone up to 2 hours before. That way someone on the waiting list can have your chair.
Can I bring a photo of the style I want?
Please do. A photo is the quickest way to show what you like, and your barber will tell you how it will work with your hair.
Ready for a fresh cut?
Book your chair online in a minute, or call and we will find a time with your favourite barber. Walk-ins always welcome.
