Who runs the rooms
A small team of puzzle makers and game masters. We write the stories, build the rooms and watch every game.

Rooms built by people who love puzzles
We started with one room in a basement and a lot of padlocks. Today there are four, each written, built and tested in-house, and we still watch every game to see where people get stuck.
- Your group has the room to itself
- A game master with you from briefing to debrief
- Hints when you ask, never when you do not
- A team photo to take home, escaped or not
Your game masters
The person who briefs you is the one watching your game and sending the hints.

Hosts The Marlow Agency
Wrote half the puzzles in the building and still laughs when someone finds the hidden drawer.

Rosa Delgado
Hosts The Clockmaker’s Attic

The door is never locked
The locks are part of the game, not the way out. You can open the room door and leave at any moment, for a break, a phone call or because you have had enough, and come back in if you want to.
Safety and access
- Every room has a push-to-open exit and emergency lighting.
- A game master watches every game on camera and can come in straight away.
- No climbing, crawling or heavy lifting is needed to finish any room.
- Step-free entrance and step-free access to The Marlow Agency and Station 9.
- Low light, sudden sounds or small spaces a concern? Tell us when you book and we suggest the right room.
