Questions people ask before joining
Cannot find your answer? Call the front desk or drop by for a tour, we are happy to help.
How long is the contract?
Desk and virtual office memberships run month to month: give one month’s notice to leave or change plans. Private offices usually start with a 3-month agreement. Your membership agreement sets out the exact terms.
When can I get in?
The front desk is staffed Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 18:00. Members with a key fob can use the space from 7:00 to 22:00 every day.
Can I bring guests?
Yes. Members can bring guests for meetings in the lounge or a booked room. Sign them in at the front desk. Guests who want to work for the day need a day pass.
Can I try it before I join?
Of course. Book a free tour, or buy a day pass and work with us for a day. If you join that month, ask us about putting the pass towards your first month.
Can I use the address for my business?
With a virtual office or any desk membership you can use our address for post and on your website. We hold or scan your mail and let you know when a parcel arrives.
