FAQ
Questions we hear every week
Still unsure? Call the clinic or book a consultation and ask us in person.
Do I need a consultation first?
Yes, for any new treatment. We look at your skin, ask about your medical history, medication and routine, and agree a plan with you before anything is booked.
Is there any downtime?
It depends on the treatment and your skin. Facials and LED sessions usually have none; after a peel, microneedling or laser your skin may be red, dry or flaky for a few days. We tell you what to expect before you book.
Am I suitable for treatment?
Not every treatment suits everyone. Pregnancy, some medication, recent sun exposure and certain skin conditions can mean we suggest waiting or a different option. Your practitioner will always explain why.
How should I look after my skin afterwards?
You will get written aftercare for your treatment. In general: keep your skin clean, skip make-up and exercise for the time we advise, avoid the sun and wear sunscreen every day.
When will I see results?
Results vary from person to person, and some treatments work best as a course. We will give you a realistic idea at your consultation, without promises.
Can I move or cancel a booking?
Please give us 48 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to someone else. Late cancellations may be charged.
