FAQ
Questions patients ask us
Cannot find your answer? Call the front desk, we are happy to help.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. Book online or call us, and we will usually see you within a week. Bring your insurance card and a list of any medicines you take.
What should I do in a dental emergency?
Call us as early as you can. We keep same-day slots for pain, swelling and broken teeth. If you have heavy bleeding or swelling that affects breathing, go to the emergency room.
Do you treat nervous patients?
Often. Tell us when you book, and we will plan extra time, explain each step before we do it, and agree on a stop signal with you.
How often should I have a check-up?
Most people come every six months, but your dentist will recommend an interval based on your own teeth and gums.
Can I spread the cost of treatment?
Yes. Larger treatments such as implants and aligners can be paid in monthly instalments. Ask us for the options when you get your estimate.
