When do I need to order for same-day delivery?
Order by 1 pm, Monday to Saturday, for delivery the same day in our local delivery zones. Orders after that go out on the next delivery day.
Where and when do you deliver?
We deliver across Springfield and nearby towns during shop hours. See the delivery zones in the price menu, or call us with the address and we will check. For funerals and events we agree a time with you.
What if a flower in the photo is not available?
Flowers are seasonal, so we may replace a stem with one of equal value in a similar colour and style. Tell us if a particular flower or colour really matters.
Can I add a message card?
Yes. Every order comes with a free card. Add your message when you order, online or by phone, and we write it for you.
How do I keep my flowers fresh?
Trim the stems at an angle, use a clean vase with fresh water, change the water every two days and keep the flowers away from direct sun, heaters and fruit.
Can I collect my order instead?
Of course. Choose collection when you order and pick up your flowers from the shop at a time that suits you.
