Vinyasa, yin, hatha, restorative, prenatal and beginners classes through the week, with simple passes and an intro offer for new students.

Classes

Find the class that fits your day

Energising or slow, brand new or returning: every class offers simpler and stronger options, so you can practise at your own pace.

Vinyasa flow

Movement linked to breath, building gentle heat through flowing sequences. Options are offered for every level.

Yin yoga

Slow, floor-based poses held for a few minutes, with props for support. A quiet counterweight to a busy week.

Beginners

The basics, step by step: alignment, breathing and how to use props, at an easy pace with plenty of time for questions.

Prenatal yoga

Gentle movement, breathing and rest adapted for pregnancy. Please check with your midwife or doctor before you start.

Hatha

Classic poses held for a few breaths, with clear cues and time to settle into each shape.

Restorative

Fully supported poses on bolsters and blankets, designed for deep rest. Very little effort needed.

Breath & meditation

Simple breathing practices and guided meditation, seated on a cushion or a chair.

Private sessions

One-to-one or small-group sessions at a time that suits you, planned around your goals and experience.

Timetable

A week of classes, morning to evening

Sample timetable. Most classes last 60 minutes; yin and restorative run for 75. Please arrive five minutes early.

FAQ

Good to know before your first class

Still have a question? Call the studio or ask your teacher before class.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes you can stretch in and a water bottle. We practise barefoot. Mats, blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets are provided, or bring your own mat if you prefer.

I have never done yoga. Which class should I choose?

Start with a Beginners class or the four-week beginners course. Hatha, gentle and restorative classes are also good first steps. Vinyasa moves faster, so try it once you know the basic poses.

Do I need to be flexible or fit?

No. Yoga meets you where you are. Every pose has simpler options, and you can rest at any time.

I have an injury or a health condition. Can I join?

Please check with your doctor or physiotherapist first, and tell your teacher before class so they can suggest options. Our classes are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

Is yoga safe during pregnancy?

Ask your midwife or doctor before you start. Our prenatal classes are designed for pregnancy; in other classes, let the teacher know so they can adapt the poses.

How do bookings and cancellations work?

Book online or by phone. Classes are small, so please cancel at least four hours before class to free your mat for someone else.

Your health comes first. Please check with your doctor before starting yoga, and tell your teacher about any injury or pregnancy.
