How often should I change my air filter?<\/summary>\n

Check it every month. Standard 1-inch filters usually need changing every 1 to 3 months, and more often with pets, allergies or building work nearby. Thicker filters last longer: follow the size and interval printed on the filter.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

How often should my system be serviced?<\/summary>\n

Once a year for each system is a good rule: the air conditioner or heat pump in spring, and the furnace in fall, before the busy season starts.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

Do you offer financing on new systems?<\/summary>\n

Financing may be available on new systems, subject to credit approval. Terms are set by the lender, so ask us for the current options before you decide. (sample terms)<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

Should I repair or replace my system?<\/summary>\n

It depends on the age of the equipment, the cost of the repair and how well it keeps your home comfortable. We show you both options with prices, and the choice is yours.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

What can I check before I call?<\/summary>\n

Make sure the thermostat is set to heat or cool and has working batteries, the breaker is on, and the filter is not clogged. If it still does not work, give us a call.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

Do you have a 24\/7 emergency service?<\/summary>\n

Yes. Call our emergency line any time if you have no heat or no cooling. Emergency rates may apply outside office hours, and we tell you the price before we come out.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n\n
