How long does a repair take?<\/summary>\n

It depends on the fault and on parts. Many screen and battery jobs are done within a day or two when the part is in stock. We give you an expected time with your quote and text you if anything changes.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

Is there a warranty on repairs?<\/summary>\n

Yes. Every repair comes with a written warranty on the parts we fit and the work we did (sample: 90 days). It does not cover new accidental damage or liquid spills.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

What happens to my data and passwords?<\/summary>\n

We only access what we need to test the fault, and we never copy or browse your personal files. If we need your password, we ask you first, and you can change it after pick-up.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

Should I back up my device before bringing it in?<\/summary>\n

If it still works, yes please. Most repairs do not touch your files, but a backup keeps them safe whatever happens. If it will not start, tell us which files matter most.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

Do I need to book, or can I walk in?<\/summary>\n

Both work. Walk in during opening hours for a quick look, or book a drop-off time so a technician is ready for you.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

Is my old device worth repairing?<\/summary>\n

Sometimes not, and we will say so. If the repair costs more than the device is worth, we tell you before you spend anything and help you move your files to a new one.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n\n
