How often should I have an eye test?<\/summary>\n

Many adults are advised to have an eye test every one to two years, and children, older adults and people with some health conditions may need them more often. Your optometrist will tell you when to come back.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

Can I use my vision insurance?<\/summary>\n

Many vision plans can be used here. Bring your insurance details to your visit and we will help you check what your plan covers before you order glasses or lenses.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

Can you repair my glasses?<\/summary>\n

Often, yes. Loose screws, new nose pads and small adjustments are usually done while you wait. If a frame is badly broken, we explain the options and the cost first.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

Can young children have an eye test?<\/summary>\n

Yes. Children do not need to read letters: we use pictures, shapes and simple games. Book a test if your child squints, rubs their eyes a lot or sits very close to screens.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n
