When are the main tax deadlines?<\/summary>\n

It depends on your situation and where you live. In the US, federal returns for individuals are usually due in mid-April, and many businesses also have quarterly estimated tax, sales tax and payroll dates. When you join, we list your own deadlines and remind you before each one.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

How do I switch from my current accountant?<\/summary>\n

Tell us, and we do most of the work. With your permission we ask your previous accountant for your records and recent returns, set up your software and agree a start date, so nothing falls between the two.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

How much do your services cost?<\/summary>\n

Most clients pay one fixed monthly fee based on their transactions, payroll and filings. You get a written quote after the free consultation, and we agree any extra work with you before we start it.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

What should I bring to the first meeting?<\/summary>\n

Your last tax return, recent bank statements, any letters from the tax office and a rough idea of your income and costs. If you do not have everything yet, come anyway.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

Can we work together online?<\/summary>\n

Yes. Many clients never need to visit: we meet by video, share documents through a secure portal and sign returns electronically.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n
