Here is what normally happens, step by step.

1. Your story

We ask what brought you in, when it started, what makes it better or worse, and about your general health, medicines, work and sport. Bring any scans, letters or notes you already have.

2. The examination

We look at how you move and test strength, flexibility and the area that is bothering you. Wear comfortable clothes, such as shorts or leggings and a T-shirt, so this is easy. We explain each test before we do it, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

3. What we found and the plan

We explain what we think is going on in plain words and agree a plan with you: the goals, the treatment, how many sessions we suggest and what it will cost. Recovery is different for everyone, so we review the plan as you go.

4. Your first exercises

Most people leave with a short set of exercises to do at home. If you have any questions afterwards, call or email us.

A calm, step-by-step look at your first appointment, so you know what to bring, what to wear and what happens.

[1

post-9","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-uncategorized
["GET
