What should I wear to my appointment?<\/summary>\n

Comfortable clothes you can move in, such as shorts or leggings and a T-shirt, so we can see and test the area. If your problem is with running or walking, bring your usual trainers.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

Is treatment covered by my insurance?<\/summary>\n

It depends on your plan. Ask your insurer what physiotherapy or chiropractic care is included.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

How long is a session?<\/summary>\n

Your first assessment takes about 45 minutes. Follow-up sessions take about 30 minutes, and sports massage or Pilates rehab up to 60 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n
