FAQ
Buying art, simply explained
Still have a question? Call or email the gallery and we will be happy to help.
How do I buy a work?
Ask us in the gallery, by phone or by email. We confirm that the work is available, send the price with any delivery costs, and reserve it for you while you decide.
Can I see a work before I buy it?
Of course. Visit during opening hours, book a private viewing, or ask for a video call and extra photos if you cannot come in.
Do you ship artworks?
Yes. Works are packed with care and shipped with tracking. We quote the cost, including insurance in transit if you want it, before you pay.
Can I commission a piece?
Several of our artists accept commissions. We agree the size, the idea, the price and the timeline with you first, and you see sketches before the work begins.
Can I pay in instalments?
For many works, yes: you pay a first part to reserve it and the rest over a few months, and take the work home after the last payment (sample terms).
How do I show my work at the gallery?
We look at new work a few times a year. Email us a short note, a link to your website and up to ten images. We reply to every artist, though it can take a few weeks.
Seen something you love?
Visit the gallery, ask about a work or book a private viewing. We usually reply within one working day.
