How long is the wait for a walk-in?<\/summary>\n

It changes through the day. Weekday mornings are usually quickest and Saturday afternoons the busiest. Call the shop and we will tell you the current wait.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

How long does a cut take?<\/summary>\n

About 30 minutes for most cuts, 45 minutes for a cut and beard trim, and around 40 minutes for a hot towel shave.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

Do you cut kids\u2019 hair?<\/summary>\n

Yes, every day. We have a booster seat and take things slowly for first cuts. A parent or carer stays in the shop with children under 12.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

How do I pay?<\/summary>\n

Card, contactless and cash are all fine. Gift cards are available at the front desk.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

What if I need to cancel a booking?<\/summary>\n

Move or cancel it online or by phone up to 2 hours before. That way someone on the waiting list can have your chair.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

Can I bring a photo of the style I want?<\/summary>\n

Please do. A photo is the quickest way to show what you like, and your barber will tell you how it will work with your hair.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n\n
