Do I need a consultation first?<\/summary>\n

Yes, for any new treatment. We look at your skin, ask about your medical history, medication and routine, and agree a plan with you before anything is booked.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

Is there any downtime?<\/summary>\n

It depends on the treatment and your skin. Facials and LED sessions usually have none; after a peel, microneedling or laser your skin may be red, dry or flaky for a few days. We tell you what to expect before you book.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

Am I suitable for treatment?<\/summary>\n

Not every treatment suits everyone. Pregnancy, some medication, recent sun exposure and certain skin conditions can mean we suggest waiting or a different option. Your practitioner will always explain why.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

How should I look after my skin afterwards?<\/summary>\n

You will get written aftercare for your treatment. In general: keep your skin clean, skip make-up and exercise for the time we advise, avoid the sun and wear sunscreen every day.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

When will I see results?<\/summary>\n

Results vary from person to person, and some treatments work best as a course. We will give you a realistic idea at your consultation, without promises.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

Can I move or cancel a booking?<\/summary>\n

Please give us 48 hours\u2019 notice so we can offer the time to someone else. Late cancellations may be charged.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n\n
